MyFingertip provides marketplace and technology services. Vendors and service providers are independently responsible for the products and services they list and fulfil.
- Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using MyFingertip, creating an account, placing an order, booking a service, registering as a vendor, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the other policies published on the website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
- MyFingertip’s Marketplace Role
MyFingertip provides a marketplace through which independent vendors and service providers can offer products and services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- MyFingertip is not the manufacturer of products listed by independent vendors.
- MyFingertip is not the service provider for services offered by independent service providers.
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
- Vendors are responsible for fulfilling their orders and services.
- Vendors are responsible for applicable product/service quality, safety, legality, warranties, invoices and fulfilment obligations.
MyFingertip will perform the responsibilities applicable to it as a marketplace/platform under applicable law.
- Vendor Listings and Information
Vendors must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about their products and services.
Where applicable, listings should include:
- Product/service name
- Description and specifications
- Images
- Price
- Availability
- Delivery information
- Return/refund conditions
- Warranty or guarantee information
- Other information necessary for customers to make an informed purchase decision
MyFingertip may remove or restrict listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
- Products and Services
Products and services available through MyFingertip may be supplied by different vendors.
The applicable vendor is responsible for fulfilling the order or providing the service according to the listing, agreed terms and applicable law.
For services, scope, price, timing and other conditions may depend on the individual service provider and the applicable booking or quotation.
- Orders, Bookings and Payments
Customers may place orders or bookings through the methods made available on MyFingertip.
Where online payment is available, customers should complete payment through the payment methods provided through the MyFingertip platform.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently offered unless specifically stated for a particular transaction.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.
MyFingertip does not intentionally store complete card or banking credentials where such information is handled directly by the authorised payment gateway.
- Platform Transactions and Off-Platform Transactions
Where MyFingertip provides an online ordering, booking or payment facility, customers and vendors are expected to use the platform for the relevant transaction.
Vendors must not intentionally divert customers away from MyFingertip for the purpose of avoiding applicable platform charges, commissions, records or transaction processes.
Vendors must not misuse customer information obtained through MyFingertip to improperly solicit or conduct transactions outside the platform.
This does not prevent communication or fulfilment arrangements reasonably necessary to complete an order or service.
- Prices, Fees and Platform Commission
Product and service prices are determined by the relevant vendor unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges, service charges or other fees, where applicable, will be displayed or communicated as required.
MyFingertip may charge vendors platform commissions or other applicable charges according to the commercial terms applicable to the vendor.
- Delivery and Fulfilment
Vendors are generally responsible for fulfilling and delivering the products or services they offer.
Delivery timeframes, delivery charges and service completion times may vary depending on the vendor, product, service and delivery location.
Customers should refer to the applicable Shipping & Delivery Policy and the information provided for the relevant product or service.
- Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation, return and refund rights depend on the nature of the product or service and the applicable policy.
Eligible products may be returned subject to the applicable return conditions.
Certain products or services may not be eligible for cancellation or return because of their nature, including certain perishable, customised or otherwise non-returnable items.
Defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different products may be handled under the applicable return/refund procedure.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
- Prohibited Products and Activities
The following are prohibited on MyFingertip:
- Alcohol and prohibited alcoholic products
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Illegal or unlawfully restricted products
- Products or services connected with criminal activities
- Human trafficking
- Exploitation or abuse of women or children
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Products or services prohibited by applicable law
- Activities intended to facilitate unlawful conduct
MyFingertip may remove listings, suspend accounts, terminate vendor access and/or take other appropriate action where prohibited activity is identified.
Where required or appropriate under applicable law, suspected illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information when placing orders or bookings.
- Use valid payment methods.
- Review product/service information before purchasing.
- Not misuse the platform.
- Not submit fraudulent orders or false complaints.
- Not use MyFingertip for unlawful activities.
- Respect vendors, service providers and other users.
- Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:
- Provide lawful products and services.
- Provide accurate listing information.
- Maintain appropriate stock and availability information.
- Fulfil confirmed orders and bookings.
- Provide invoices/bills where applicable.
- Handle delivery/service fulfilment as applicable.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Honour applicable return, refund, warranty and service commitments.
- Protect customer information received through MyFingertip.
- Not misuse customer information.
- Not intentionally bypass the MyFingertip platform to avoid applicable charges or commissions.
Additional requirements applicable specifically to vendors are provided in the Vendor / Seller Terms.
- Customer Information and Privacy
MyFingertip may collect information necessary to operate the marketplace, process orders and bookings, process payments, provide customer support and facilitate fulfilment.
Where necessary, relevant customer information may be shared with the applicable vendor, delivery/fulfilment partner or payment service provider for completing the transaction.

- Intellectual Property
The MyFingertip name, logo, website design, original content and other platform materials belonging to MyFingertip may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without appropriate permission.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that images, logos, descriptions and other materials uploaded by them do not infringe the rights of others.
- Account Suspension or Termination
MyFingertip may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account, listing or platform service where there is a reasonable basis to believe that:
- These Terms have been violated;
- Applicable law has been violated;
- Fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred;
- Prohibited products or services have been listed;
- Platform transactions are being intentionally bypassed;
- False or misleading information has been provided; or
- The account creates a significant risk to customers, vendors or the platform.
Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
- Platform Availability
MyFingertip will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functioning.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, internet/network issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Limitation of Responsibility
MyFingertip provides marketplace infrastructure and related platform services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyFingertip is not responsible for matters that are solely within a vendor’s responsibility, including the quality, safety, legality, authenticity, manufacture, packaging or fulfilment of a vendor’s product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Complaints and Grievances
Customers may contact MyFingertip regarding orders, bookings, payments, delivery, returns, refunds or other marketplace-related issues through the support channels provided on the website.
MyFingertip may coordinate with the relevant vendor or service provider to resolve the issue.

The platform will maintain the grievance mechanism applicable to it under law. The IT Rules, where applicable to the platform, require publication of the Grievance Officer’s name/contact details and a complaint mechanism.
- Third-Party Services
MyFingertip may use third-party services including payment gateways, delivery/fulfilment providers, hosting providers and other technology providers.
Use of such services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party provider.
- Changes to These Terms
MyFingertip may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, business practices, technology or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on the website with the revised date.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
